I ordered them from GM Parts Direct: https://www.gmpartsdirect.com/oem-parts/gm-spacer-bulletin-23-na-127-86532354
Some dealers may have them in stock if you call around and ask.
If you're wired, there is no interference risk.
99% of the time it is either:
1) A cable CarPlay cable. Even the 'official' Apple ones just randomly start having problems.
2) Pocket lint in your phone port. Use the tip of a paperclip or safety-pin to gently scrape the crap out of there.
Just to close the loop on this for anyone having the same problem - the dealer installed the Y171 update and my audio drop-out issues have not recurred since then. Took about 2 hours at the dealer.

22 Yukon XL Denali - originally had the Husky liners. After 6 months I threw them in the garbage. The didn't fit well, folded up in the rear doors instead of slipping under the trim, it was a mess. Bought the WeatherTechs and couldn't be happier with them!
Don't bother with the OEM/Chevy/GM...
I have the same issue but have determined a quicker fix. If you press the voice assistant button to trigger Google/Siri and then immediately cancel it, everything goes back to normal. Sometimes I have to do it twice if I don't wait long enough, but the audio system thinks the microphone is in...
