Does anyone have a recommendation for somewhere that can do a ECM Program / Tune (Disable AFM and Raise Idle) near Philly?

I’m used to our normal vibes but these ones seem to be getting a little worse as time goes on. The upside is that all the things I’ve done on the truck have definitely improved the overall “feel”.
Finished the passenger mount yesterday. I've done a lot of jobs on cars and the angles on this one are comical.
Turns out my starter posts were rusted out, so it turned in to quite an adventure when it broke in my hands on reinstallation.
Quick update.
Replaced Oil Pickup Tube O-Ring / replaced the leaking Oil Cooler block and that helped oil pressure a hair, but the idle issue is still there.
I know the Passenger Side Motor Mount is bad so I'm going to tackle that next but I'm at an absolute loss at this point.
Removed / cleaned / tested all 8 fuel injectors / replaced the O Rings and there's 0 change.
I'm at a loss for what else it can be but the idle is terrible.
