It should be bigger but the older style AutoCal will have the log files open in the V7.5 Scan program. If you want to call our phone line, we can go over it with you and even remote into your computer to see what may be going on.

There won't be any fee to review the logs, we are more than happy to review the logs. If there any changes to the tune that need to be made, it would just be a small update fee.
You can log either one for us. If you want to log on E85 and then when you run 88oct E15, you can record a log on that. That way, we will be able to analyze the fuel quality of both and let you know what we find.
If you have one of our AutoCals and haven't sent in a log recently, we would be more than happy to review a log file for you to see if there is anything we can do. That's great to hear that you are enjoying the tune though!
Running E85 shouldn't trigger a cat code so you should be fine in that regard. Do you have a cam by chance? If so, they can burn through cats fairly quickly even though 5 months is not that long. It could be a bad O2 sensor that is triggering that code. Is it an aftermarket cat? They can work...
