    Universal joint opinions?

I know that already. I want to know what the “replacement oem” part # is.maybe it is ACDELCO 45U0136 as stated above, I don’t know. The chart in that link says greasable- which cannot be OEM then. I think that is wrong, these are actually NOT greasable.

    Universal joint opinions?

Can you identify what is oem then? I thought OEM had a plastic mounting you have to melt out…Oem is not greasable. And from what Ive seen, the zerk fitting is not accessible on most u joints once installed.

    Fuel Gauge Issues

You can also hook up a cheap scan tool and see what it says the fuel % remaining is. If you know it’s full or empty or half or whatever, and THAT reads differently, it’s not the gauge.

    Universal joint opinions?

What are the best reasonably priced u-joints for an 05 Yukon 2wd? There are quite a few available. Don’t want to spend $30 plus on each, but whatever it takes. Mine seem fine now, but closing in on 200k miles, seems like a cheap and easy preventive maintenance item. I’m bored lol. Non greasable...

New Sony stereo and RSE integration

‘Rear’ rca jacks on a headunit are the rear OUTPUTS. You need an input. It might just be the headphone jack in, can’t tell from your picture. Then select the input.

2003 Yukon SLT Time For New Shocks

I much prefer buying the zw7 shocks, it rides way better and won’t squat near as much when loaded or towing.

May buy 05 Yukon - what should I look for?

It’s definitely more than $20 for the actual canister. The valve/solenoid is about $20. But if your canister needs replaced, more like $100

    Blend door actuator questions

I cleaned mine up and it worked fine for 4 years - except for twice haha. New one hasn’t messed up yet, but only been 2 years lol

My battery's going dead from Information center and dome lights.

Door latch is common to stop working. You can remove and replace OR clean.

What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Yeah I washed the truck, then scrubbed the running boards and all black trim I was applying it with blue dawn. Then alcohol. I actually did multiple times, I didn’t want any issues. I was pretty surprised at how much better they looked after just a good scrubbing-after years of applying goo to...

    New Tahoe owner here

You could try to find bumpers from other trims, possibly salvage yard would have a black ones, some come with body color bumpers. Depo headlights I got 5 or so years ago holding up really well, they are black instead of chrome. Depo LED taillights doing perfect as well at about 3 years

What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

I applied cerakote March 13th. It’s rained and been washed several times since then. Still looking good, I have done nothing but wash with my mitt with soap. 2 and half months is impressive, showing no signs of needing reapplication so far

What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

I didn’t want zip ties and like I said, one leaked anyway, the threading was messed up. So I’d have to return or wait again for a replacement hose anyway. Third strike is usually out for me. After waiting a month to get them, then having to have them send me extra parts to fix their kit, nope...

Yep, they would’ve ended up rubbing in the oem clamps anyway. Briefly tried putting some rubber in there etc, just too much trouble for me lol
