2014 Tahoe lift gate wont open

If you have a power liftgate, you would have heard the electric motor as the liftgate opens. (And you would only press on the liftgate button and not try to pull it open) Either way, if it doesn't unlock, that has to happen first..

    08 Tahoe Vibration - SOLVED

Learned a lot of tidbits in this thread! Hope it's your rear driveshaft! (I am surprised it wasn't checked after two visits..)

2011 Tahoe no crank no start need help

Weird that is under starter relay control. I haven't heard of a bad alternator preventing starting before.. When you say you jumped the starter relay, I am assuming you activated the relay and didn't bypass the starter relay?

2014 Tahoe lift gate wont open

What kind of issues in the past? You might have to drill a hole through your rear interior panel to release the latch if it's staying locked...

    AC Diagnosis?

There is an evap in the rear. The photo's are showing the lines to it. It intakes from the backside of the unit (facing quarterpanel sheetmetal) which seems to do a pretty good job of keeping dust out..

Might be a good time for hood vents! I feel the heat pouring out of my front fenders now that the wheel liners are temporarily removed.

What's bad about the metal console? I was thinking they maybe useful if I you needed to install a scanner/cb radio or some other electronic equipment.. Looking damn good for free! Take more pics if you get the chance!

Replaced engine, now no crank no start

Similar symptoms here -> https://www.justanswer.com/chevy/ffdlp-b1019-3a-code-2008-suburban-no-crank-no-start.html I think it's worth a shot to replace the RUN/CRANK relay in your fuse box. It powers the ECM-IGN, obstacle detection and airbag modules that you have codes for. You *MAYBE* can...

    Electrical problem

I think you should keep everything in your first thread -> https://www.tahoeyukonforum.com/threads/replaced-engine-now-no-crank-no-start.149652/ That way people can see the whole backlog. Similar story here ->...

Fit? 2011 Escalade Console to 2013 Tahoe PPV

Build thread - 3.08 to 3.42 front and rear gear change

Similar looking unit from Summit.. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/sum-7731112 Looks almost identical except.. 1. Summit has a couple extra gussets on the engine side mount. 2. "S" cutout instead of "AFP" 3. bolt holes are slotted in opposite directions bottom and upper vs. AFP's all...

Small Coolant leak from hvac heater hose quick connector

Don't need to lower diff, just need a little room underneath to pull the line up from the backside. Slowly snake the front two hose ends through where you need to pull it. Takes a little doing, but won't take long at all! Cheap heater T's.. I went with SKP because they were in stock (and...

    Grinding Noise Accelerating from Stop

Definately need to isolate where the sound is coming from. I dont think the OP ever updated with the fix. Another way you might check with a temp gun after a long enough drive. You said yours slows down your coasting. Should heat something up after awhile.. If no jackstands or helper, you...

    Ground Wires

That diagram shows '03 up, but is not the '07 up diagram. Very similar from what I remember (obviously the pass head ground in slightly different location)

Yup, driver mount here too. If you got 10 years, 200k miles out of your originals, then another stock mount should be fine.? Especially if you want smoothness. Just be ready to replace them again in.. 10 years? If you tow or drive like Doubeleive, I imagine you would want the H3 mounts. I...

I have a toughbook 19...Quit using it because the power adapter went bad. Bought an ebay replacement, and it quit soon after.. I wonder if that's why you guys had a different charging system..

    Do these come off easy?

Same boat, white door strips are starting to show pink on top.. I remember how much my fingers hurt after removing a few fake wood trim pieces in a toyota.. (rubbing/rolling the adhesive with my thumb) Are you ready thumbs? Start rubbing! These thumbs are made for rubbing, that's just what...

Build thread - 3.08 to 3.42 front and rear gear change

The one test I keep hearing about for motor mounts, is revving the motor in drive with the brake on. (Helper watches to see if the motor lifts while revving) I figure the motor mount can go anytime at our age. Mine seemed fine, until driver side tore/leaked ~8 months ago. Then I could feel...

    Moisture in my headlight housing

I had an issue with aftermarket foglights in my original housings. Seems like new housings fixed my problem. The headlights are a different bulb/seal, but an imperfection around the seal would do it. I think you would notice a missing o-ring when installing.. If you can't find it you'll need...

    Lower Ball Joints Recommendation

some play at 210k, probably sooner. Would chirp a tire pulling out of parking lots occasionally, but felt fine daily driving. Mainly replaced it because of tire wear.. which I still have uneven wear due to a loose steering rack bushing. Replaced with upper and lower MOOG CK arms, greaseable...
