That reminds me, couple of times after cold startup, pulling away semi-aggressively, thought I heard belt chirp.. Took off accessory belt. idler/tensioner/waterpump/alt/steering all smooth and free. Unless it's the AC compressor... I do have a new AC belt and could cut the old one off...- mikez71

No more misfires! STILL bogs, still knock retards. I was watching the Tech2, and individual cylinder knock rarely came up, when it did, they all lit up. EXCEPT, I have a previous log before I pulled the plugs and it has a "total misfires" count. Only lit up a couple misfires here and there, not missing when the knock retard is going. Currently it misses a ton, going to get that plug now.. Thanks for the help, I may need that scanner profile yet!- mikez71

I wonder if the aftermarket radio is powering the amp or driving speakers directly? Line output or speaker output to amp may affect noise level too? I got a good look at the 3rdcat and it looks very clear.. Did NOT chevk primaries, but the 02 sensor data looks good? (Secondary o2's mirror primary o2s instantly) This should be it. Pulling those wires can be tough! I grabbed some regular pliers which help. I put old (2-3 years) wires and plugs back on, but swapped some around. Also tried some of my OEM wires I have left over. OK, not sure if I didn't check properly, or if I introduced a new problem after pulling the plugs, but the Tech2 is showing me MISFIRES on cyl 2! It seemed to idle rougher this morning, but the Tech 2 did show about 6.0 g/s MAF signal at idle. Not sure why the reading was higher before...- mikez71

Thinking it mybe a coil as well... pulled plugs, looked normal. If anything 4,6, and 8 had a little less soot around the edges. bottom right is cylinder 1, top left cyl 8. Plug wires ohm'd out at .385-.410, -EXCEPT!- one wire at .765. I had 3 left over OEM wires which all came in at...- mikez71

No sir.. but I did watch the pedal and throttle blade percentages in the Tech 2, and they both moved accordingly. Other reason I don't think it's the throttle blade, when I do hit the gas and it bogs, you still hear the intake resonate.. Also can free rev motor fine.. Do get 3deg knock retard...- mikez71

Downpipe to muffler clamp bolt. (1/2" head) Wire brushed it. Soaked twice, finally got a big enough ratchet on there, plenty of space. Doesn't look broken, seems fine at a glance but looking closer zoomed in.. It is also rather white I wonder if it's coolant? Hoping I can get away with...- mikez71

Will do! (Never cleaned) While my MAF readings look consistent from ane acceleration to another, with only some accelerations knocking. Yep, it's bogging so it's accelerating slow. Hard to imagine bad O2's can make it run so bad. Idle's and revs fine. Hope I didn't wreck the trans somehow by tweaking the settings... Pulled out of driveway, accelerated down street, first stop sign major bog. Bog it at 40% throttle, push to 90%...- mikez71

Thanks all. Here is a screenshot of datalog. LT and ST fuel trims seem to fluctuate from -12% to +3%. Forgot I removed the O2 sensor polling, will do another log soon.. knock retard -13.7 degrees on the cursor. Not sure if false knock, or something bogging the engine down and it's actual knock.- mikez71
