Last time I had a pop noise like that, it was a rear sway bar link that was loose.
If only I had vehicle info, I could dig deeper but I guess it is a secret.
Is every 2000 to 2006 GMT800 with either a 4.8, 5.3 or 6.0 ALL THE SAME? Since no info was provided I personally cannot go look to see if the original Amazon provided part is a correct application.
Anyway, I hope the leak is fixed.

IMO, you are over thinking this. Start with the basics. You need a set of gauges on the system to see what is in the system. You can also see what happens when you jump the low pressure cycling switch at the accumulator.
Does sound like fuel pressure bleed off and could be the pump or an injector or or or......Attach a fuel pressure gauge and start and then shut off and let sit and monitor the gauge to see if holds a reasonable amount of pressure.
I will tell you what I tell my girl and anyone that will listen...
I am not saying the calipers caused the problem. I am saying the task of changing the calipers likely put air in the system and has traveled from the calipers to the ABS system.
Because air in the system can travel. What @rockola1971 is saying about a bidirectional scanner is correct. Otherwise, you will over think the problem and say things like, "I don't follow how that would even cause an issue like mine". You have asked for help. You are being given help.
Welcome to your first post at the forum.
I have no idea why it works SOMETIMES but some here have removed their battery cables, both of them, let sit for about a minute, then touch the cable ends together for 5-10 seconds and then reinstall at the battery. If this does not work, it does sound...
Crank sensor replaced why? What brand of crank sensor?
"The mechanic" should attach a fuel pressure gauge to the system and see if in fact, that the fuel pressure IS bleeding back. It is a likely possibility. Was the crank sensor replaced for the long crank problem? If so, how was it...
You took time to replace calipers but did not replace 75k miles pads? Rotors, I can understand a little but I still would have done rotors too.
Sounds like some air still but if is exactly like before new parts, I doubt it.
Sorry to hear about this. The alignment tool is slick. If you have a lift, unbolt and shift transmission back and suspend it in some way or use adjustable tall stands.

What @Doubeleive said about the fuel pump. If you do replace the fuel pump, do not cheap out on it. Labor intensive enough that you only want to go in there one time.
Also, like @Doubeleive said, "turn over" and "crank" are the same lingo when talking about...
Ooooohhhhhh....barn doors......Pics of that area would help but the Velcro idea by @mountie sounds like a good idea. Maybe an under bumper mount area.....

By the way, 2 door or 4 door? Pics please.
I hope someone here has heard of or seen, "the vibe machine".
I would wonder why the "vibe machine" was not pulled out of the arsenal to begin with.
This is yet another reason why in my 45 years as a tech/service manager, I never ever wanted to work at a dealer. Fake It Till You Make It.
