What is this, and why is it on the floor?? ( '05 Yukon)
Not to be nit-picky, but isn’t the spec touching, or within 1/4” or something? Pretty sure mine are just about 3/16” away, while sitting level. Hoping that’s ok, or I’ll have to get slightly larger spacers.. (these pics are while in the air)- Sam Harris

Paid a guy to program my mileage and picked the colors, etc.. (he did the led conversion -I did the rest in the controls of the truck) ..really just wanted the trans temp, but you know.. while you’re in there..- Sam Harris

Sounds like valve covers or oil pressure sensor to me. Hopefully you’re dry under that inspection cover.- Sam Harris

What did you do to your OBS GMT400 Tahoe/Yukon Today?
This is what I did on my NBS. Much easier, and worth the more cost for the parts. might not be a bad thing to pick up a Hobo Freight press.. used to be around $125.. I think they’re around $200 now. I just spent $200 for a bushing press tool for my old Civic, so I could do the whole job...- Sam Harris

Radiator fan runs when engine is cold
Efan conversion 100%.. and since you’ll need a tuner to enable the fans.. I mean, you have to do a tune as well.. it’s a cheap, easy, and definitely worthwhile upgrade. And it will also give you a lot more room up front for something to assist with eh.. proper air induction..- Sam Harris

I’m really leaning towards pulling them off.. the tails are a brand called “VIPMotoZ”.. they still make the same exact tails, but only in bright read, without the smoke. Finally got her mostly cleaned up. Washed, waxed, and almost detailed.. hard to get it done. These puppies have been very good & patient with me. Lol. Definitely need to polish the chrome, especially the exhaust tip, but maybe I can do that tonight.- Sam Harris

2003 Chevy Tahoe- Transmission Fluid Change
I honestly don’t know.. I’d say yes, because the dipstick level (fill mark) is supposed to be even with the level, where the pan attaches, IIRC.. I saw that in a Performabuilt video. So if that’s the case, the dipstick would be the same. I had to mark a new spot on my dipstick when the new level...- Sam Harris
