    Not quite true. Brand for brand should show similar PERCENTAGE gains, not HP gains, however there are many ways to "trick" the numbers. One trick I stumbled on showed a manufacturer starting the stock inertia pull at 3500rpm, which had the truck in closed loop for the first second or so...
