1000 miles from home dead 2022 Denali

Yea i get what you are saying. Im curious as well. They likely havnt got that deep into it yet. Regardless if all the electrical issues are related or not (likely probably not)…loud noises coming from a new motor is not good. Just sucks all around. For everybody. But is what it is.

1000 miles from home dead 2022 Denali

These new rigs have a smidge more electronics going on than an ‘09. And different things can happen to different vehicles. Just because you didnt have it happen to your 13 year older vehicle dosnt necessarily mean it couldnt happen to his. He made it sound like its knocking loud enough that...

2023 Tahoe Premier towing issues, no air ride

I havnt seen much available yet for the new generation, in terms of aftermarket air bags and such. Because of the new design (coilover struts), its going to make it difficult for the aftermarket. A weight distribution hitch may be your only option at the moment.

Show off your 2015+ leveled Tahoes and Yukons!

They should fit snuggly just fine. Shouldnt need wheel spacers.

    Love these lifts

Yep. Seen many denalis with 33x12.5/22’s on stock wheels with just a level in front, nothing in rear.

Ok to put 20" rims on 2024 Tahoe High Country that came with 22" rims

I had new tires installed on my wifes 2022 high country tahoe at discount tire as soon as she bought it. About a week later, she said it sounds like the rear end is going out or something. Huh. When she came home that day and was backing down the driveway i was standing there just listening...

how to protect your rig from salt damage??

Here is a still picture of the video i took of scraping my fingernail on the frame down to bare metal. I just dont get the thought process on this crap. It clearly dosnt work…my wifes denali after 6 years proved that to me. You can already see a little bit of weak coverage on the left side of...

how to protect your rig from salt damage??

I have read that as well. That is why i didnt spray my wifes denali. And i will say, that thing looked like a rusty pos underneath when we got rid of it at 6 years/120k miles…my ram still had shiny black paint on the frame (bought them at the same time).

how to protect your rig from salt damage??

Nope, can tell you for a fact those bolts are original to the truck. I bought it brand new. No, not much dirt…I definitely keep my stuff as clean as i can haaaaaa.

how to protect your rig from salt damage??

Yes. And that shit SUCKS in my opinion. My wifes ‘16 denali looked like a rust bucket after its 6th northern michigan winter…the painted frame on my ram still looked new. I stopped at the dealer checking out a new gm last year, simply ran the back side of my fingernail along the frame and it...

how to protect your rig from salt damage??

Some of those pics were from this last winter, and some were from the winter before. What do you mean untreated bolts? I spray EVERYTHING (except do my best to stay away from the exhaust and brakes). That being said, after several months most of the high spray areas get kinda worn off. So...

    Questions on Suburban lift.

I personally wouldnt go much more than 2-2.5” of lift in the front without a bracket/diff drop. Its just too much and throws everything off. You will have no downtravel left at all. As far as sagging…well, not much is gonna change with sag in the rear if you do a spacer. Figure out how much it...

    Love these lifts

My guess is lift is somewhere around 2-2.5” front/1” rear with 33x12.5’s. Ive leveled a few of them with no change to the ride quality. Runnin a set of low profile mt tires surely wont help the ride, though.

I 100% completely agree with you.

how to protect your rig from salt damage??

From my understanding, the product was invented on the west coast of the usa and is still a family owned business. So yes, its here. Like i stated in my post above, ive been applying it to the truck i bought new in 2016 and after its 8th northern michigan winter its still showing no signs of...

Wow ive never heard of these mats…they look nice !
  22. olyelr

how to protect your rig from salt damage??

Yep. True rust issues start from the inside of the body panels…rockers, fenders, doors, rear hatch, and cab corners of trucks etc. Salt water from driving on the roads gets in all those nooks and crannies and never gets washed out, no matter how much you go through the car wash or spray the...
