Hi. I posted a month ago about this really irritating high-pitched squeaking noise from the front left wheel. It’s been going on for about six months. I took it into the shop. They said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it and sent me on my way. Today it’s really bothering me. It seems to...
Last video I got. If yall can’t hear this I’ll just do what @Doubeleive said with the lithium grease spray. What exactly is “everything” that I can spray. I suppose the two u joints on the drive shaft maybe? Control arm bushings and sway bar bushings etc ?

idk what it is. But seems to be getting worse and from front left. Took into shop and don’t think they heard it cause they said don’t worry about it and sent me on my way. Well I don’t “not worry about it” I like to stay on top of what...
Which makes sense because I was hearing the noise on the left side and the one on the right side looks good so I didn’t change it. I believe it’s actually newer than the one on the left so maybe the last owner only changed one. I will keep an eye on it, however
Had to use the jack that came with the truck to lift it up, and then I had to use the jack to push the bottom of the bushing a little bit so I could get that nut on the top to start on the thread.
To be honest, I didn’t notice a difference in the ride with her without it. But the noise has seem to gone away. I’m guessing that clunk noise was it finally giving out?
Ok so what are you saying. I don’t have the funds to do all that stuff right now I can afford the bushings so that’s why I’m just doing the bushings. That is what is broken. Everything else looks fine. There’s no slop.
My dad swears that that is what my clunking noise is that is happening random and intermittently. He says I don’t need a jack and I should be able to use an angle grinder with a cutting wheel to just cut them out and then put the new ones and he said it’s a five minute job each side.
Sorry. That was the front left and right side I sent you? I will check those black pieces. Unfortunately don’t have a jack but will try to get my hands on one or maybe use a friends this weekend.
Or what if I use two scissor jacks. That’s gotta be enough right? (Kidding)
Let me know if these angles are sufficient. Can always take more photos.. any other ideas or suggestions? Of course I’m taking it in Monday to get LOOKED at. Not fixed. I just want to know what’s wrong right now.
