What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

I also recommend the lube locker. I've used two of them and to my knowledge, both sealed up fine. They are reusable too.

    low oil pressure long trip

I vote the screen but it could just need an oil/filter change.

    Oil Filter

I switched from wix xp to the fram "ultra" last year. I noticed slightly higher oil pressure on my avalanche (2008) and seemingly higher pressures on my Yukon (2019) after 6plus hours of driving. That could possibly just be in my head or something else changed but so far, I'm happy with them. I...

    Routine cold start inspection

My avalanche loses a splash between oil changes. I wouldn't be concerned unless it's excessive

    Post Burb Avalanche, recommendations

It depends on what your desires are. 07-08 (maybe even 09) had the 6.0 as an option. If you want the newer 6 speed, stick 2010 up. I have an 08 and it has been an awesome vehicle. I do wish it had the 6 speed though. If I were in the market, I'd set my sights on a 12-13, simply because they are...

Randeez 2012 Budget Yukon Denali Build (stick on hood scoops galore)

What causes the injectors to get dirty so often? E85 or just the nature of the beast with big injectors?

Randeez 2012 Budget Yukon Denali Build (stick on hood scoops galore)

I meant to say headers not heads but anywho. I'm anxious to see your progress on it. Good luck with it. I'm confident you'll make a really nice, cool, capable daily driver out of it.

Randeez 2012 Budget Yukon Denali Build (stick on hood scoops galore)

I mean, you can always go with a stand alone controller...race car shit. I'm biased towards the c7 tho. By far my favorite corvette and I still regret not buying a zr1 when they were "affordable". Now I'll go read the rest of your post. Stand by... Glad the caddy is treating you well. You'll...

Growing up doesn't have to suck

The back part is probably the hardest part but it's not bad. We took the back section out of casey's when we did the quarter but on the xl, that's a separate piece so we didn't have to do the C pillar forward

Growing up doesn't have to suck

I got it swapped out and I believe it fixed my auto temp being a few degrees off as well. A and B pillar, visor, sunroof trim ding, weather stripping pulled out /removed. The only thing I struggled with is the cover that it clips to. I finally figured out that it had to come off. Note for anyone...

    AC belt keeps popping off

I had a Camaro a long time ago that would do that. Turned out to be the harmonic balancer walking out. I replaced the bolt and never had another issue. I doubt that's your problem but its worth a look

Growing up doesn't have to suck

I'm not seeing how you got the headliner down far enough to get your hand in there. It looks like it's still pretty tight against the roof. Did you just take the ring around the sunroof off, a pillar, and visor? Does that trim around the sunroof just pop off? Edit:sensor ordered. That buzzing...

Whatsup! Check out the new project!

I broke the top off the piston on my camaro with nitrous. Didn't go lean, just cylinder pressure. That was stock ring gap on a sub 30k mile ls-1. I believe it was somewhere around a 200 hit.

    New Impact Wrench

I have the Milwaukee line up. Low torque stubby (wouldn't recommend), mid torque (love it, use it all the time. Has done everything I need), and the high torque (it's a beast and I've only used it once). All of these are the m18. I've recommended that mid torque to everyone. It's small, light...

What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

I did that once. Backed out of the driveway when I was like 16. Turned it up and ready to dump it, noticed a car coming. Hurried up and pulled back in the driveway to let the car pass. Repeat reverse and in my hast, never pulled it from reverse to 2nd. Let er rip....needless to say, that was an...
