    Ceramic coating for wheels

Thank you for the feedback. I'll check out the dura coating stuff. I've never used ceramic coating but I'm trying to keep these looking nice while using touchless car washes. Her original wheels are scratched up from the non-touchless washes and I don't want these looking like that

    Ceramic coating for wheels

Bought new wheels for Steph's accord and would like to apply some coating so they'll stay clean with a touchless wash. They're oem wheels that are black/brushed. Any suggestions? I have a bottle of carpros dlux plastic and wheel coating that I never opened but is from early 2020. Would it be...

Hey now, you can't rush perfection Also, I did rebuild my engine and trans in less time than I've had your lowering parts :armscrossed:

I would fix it. If you have valvetrain issues, that's on the top. Slide the trans back, replace the RMS and put it back together.

Good mechanic can have that rear main seal swapped in a day, if it's on a lift. That sucks buddy

Have you done the updated valve cover? That seems like an excessive leak and thought if you hadn't changed the cover, it may be building crankcase pressure and making the leak worse

Where's she leaking from? Also, looks so much better. Good job brother. Glad you got it done before the weather. Just started snowing here about 30 min ago. Grass is covered and starting to stick to the road.

Adding heating steering wheel to 2007 Tahoe?

I would double check your power source at the upfitters box and see if it's shutting off power there but not at another spot. Did you ground it there too? You have everything to make it function properly, just take a step back and reevaluate the situation before voting with a toggle switch...

    Door handle suggestion

I've replaced all of them, some more than once, with gm parts. The last time one broke, I went with Dorman. It doesn't have the same "feel" when you pull it but it's held on for 5 years or so.

Adding heating steering wheel to 2007 Tahoe?

Like @Doubeleive said, it's powered from the block in the footwell. It's literally a hot and ground. The switch on the steering wheel does not come on automatically, it's a simple "on/off" switch. Don't get in the weeds with it and over complicate it. I bought the harness because I couldn't find...

Adding heating steering wheel to 2007 Tahoe?

No inline fuse in the harness. It just taps into the accessory power in the footwell

    Budgeting for a paint job

Around here, depending on door jambs and things, I think it starts at like $2k and goes up from there. They make some really nice vinyl these days and if bodywork is still nice on it, I'd go that route before I spent the money on a full repaint. Quality work is hard to come by these days and...
