Can't run car off cliff so need help with AC

Sounds like you have a blend door actuator that is still acting up or was a dud. These actuators direct the flow either over the A/C coils or the heater core. If the driver side is blowing cold while you’re getting hot air in the passenger side, this is where I would start looking. If they...

    Charging AC.

To answer the original question, the low pressure port is in the accumulator. The connection in the AC Charge Pro will only fit on the low pressure port. I would suggest you take the head unit with the pressure gauge off of the can or refrigerant and simply use it as a pressure gauge to see...

Tinted front windows - Can it get removed?

Depending on where you live, tinted front side windows are just an invitation for law enforcement to pull you over. Here in Iowa, anything darker than factory stock tint is illegal. My wife was pulled over for it after we bought our last Yukon with tint already on the window.

Welcome to the forum from Iowa. As for the tire pressure sensors, I am thinking they changed the frequency of the sensors between 2014 and 2015. For helper springs, I would get a good WDH and make sure your AutoLevel system is functional meaning the air compressor is working and the rear air...

    need help

Post all the codes you are getting. The more information you share the better folks here can help. P0174 looks to be fuel/air ratio is too lean, not pedal sensor. Dont be too quick to dismiss how your friend modified the tune in your vehicle. Not discounting your friends ability, but even...

    Burken Boys’ and Girl’s Journey

Yes sir. This picture my wife made definitely brings that thought home. 13 years ago, at the age of 5, he was diagnosed with a brain tumor and we didn’t know what his future held. Now he’s 18 and moving into the life of being an adult.

    Passenger side brake light

I’d check to make sure your LED didn’t take a dump. I’m assuming it is lit and then when you hit the brakes it goes out instead of going brighter. What about when you use the turn signal?

    Burken Boys’ and Girl’s Journey

Well….a leg of Joseph’s journey is coming to an end here in a few weeks as he is graduating high school. He has grown into a fine young man, despite my efforts. He will be attending a local community college and takes classes towards a degree in industrial maintenance. He has been working...

    Lift gate glass blowout

A similar thing happened with our 2007 Denali. Wife was driving to work and heard an odd noise and when she looked in her rear view mirror, the back glass was fading like when Thanos snapped his fingers.

Bridgestone tires. good or bad? My experience.

On my 2007, 2008 and 2013 Yukons, I averaged 80K+ on Bridgestone Dueller H/L Alenza's over the course of multiple sets. They handled Iowa snow just fine. Tire Rack lists a few versions, but I have always gone with what they list as the OEM one. That being said, I seem to be in the minority...

    Fixing for a friend

Not really much to the PCV on this vehicle, it’s simply hose barb nipple formed into the valve cover and a hose that runs between the nipple and the intake manifold. No actual valve.

No locking fuel door this generation??

Anymore, if someone is going to steal gas, they will likely just drill a hole in the bottom of the tank.

All the people that rebuilt it can tell you is that it is from a 2005 GM? No other information than that?

    Front differential differences

Not sure if this matters or where the distance change happens, but the CV axles on the 2000-2006 units are shorter than the 2007-2014 units.
