Thanks guys! Here's an update to the trimming. Pro Comp Brackets 90-3575 and 90-3576 had to be modified to eliminate rubbing. Not a big deal, I just cut off all excess material and mounted with one upper & one lower bolt. Then some trimming and heating/forming of the liner.... not too bad...- Matt_

Hahaha I'm good at that on my own!! Need to order my BBP Autocal and schedule my gear install. And now I'm thinking my 3" block is going to be too short, which means 4" deaver springs are on my radar since I don't want axle wrap while towing. Did I mention I have 4 kids. :nolol:- Matt_

Thanks everyone! Was a busy day but the fronts pretty much done. Just need to put the splash shield back on and touch up the trimming.... Still rubs a bit, damn square wheel wells!! Have it set around 4.5" lift and would prefer not to go higher if I don't have to. Hell yeah..... yay...- Matt_

The Pro Comp bumper trimming brackets were clutch. Kinda made my own install method since I had already trimming the bumper support. Still need to take a bit more off and then clean up the edges, but it won't look much different than now. FYI a buddy who's a car fanatic stopped by and had no...- Matt_

The base for the build was always going to be a ~4" lift and i figured 33" tires would do it. Naturally I kept my eye on used tires, hoping to find that sucker that was talked into 33s by his wife for his Jeep, but then threw a 2" lift on and needed to go up to 35s.... and that's pretty much...- Matt_

NJ BBP Spring Tune Date/Location?
I don't have the Autocal yet, was planning on purchasing at the same time as the in person tune. No worries though. Really dont 'need' it until i schedule the gear install so I'll hold off purchasing as long as possible in hopes of joining in the spring event. I like seeing the magic happen lol.- Matt_

GMT900 front bumper trimming
Not having any luck finding the brackets yet, but can at least use this as a guideline to get me rolling, then make my own if i can't order a set. 1.3" should give me plenty of clearance where I need it, so I'll taper that back then clean it up at some point. Edit: found the brackets on... -

I've already trimmed the bumper support bracket for more clearance with the wheel well liner, but I think I'm going to also need to trim a bit of the bumper itself even after the lifts installed. Anyone have pics or tips for how they did this? I like when it's hard to tell if trimming was... -

Bronze Wheels??
Well I had to order new wheels because my current ones have too much backspace for the lift i'm putting on. Figure WTH, lets give this new look a shot! two.....more.....weeks! -
Zero offset
Looks great! Trim the plastic bumper support bracket, then use zip ties to pull the fender liner back for more clearance. I also hit my liner with a heat gun so it retains the "new" shape naturally for less pull on the zip ties. -

Thule Aeroblade Crossbars
Bumping this back up... anyone running aftermarket crossbars of any type? Classic Thule bars, Yakima, etc? Interested in the most user friendly option for the few times a year I need to pull my truck into the garage.
