Electric fan swap. Got a few questions

theres a how to here somewhere. you need a stock harness fans and the pcm tuned to use the fans. or, you can install relays a power switch and a thermal temp sensor to turn the fans on. i did a e fan swap on my 03 gmc 2500hd. did the thermal temp deal. ac was never colder and it ran a degree or...

    Strange creaking noise from brakes

calipers tend to spread some times. so the pads are not sitting flush to the rotor, so the pad could be cocked a bit and dragging. if your not finding anything out of true, take the caliper off shim some wood between the pads hang it out the way and put the wheel back on and see if the sound...

    Trans recommendations

be a lot easier to just use a 60 vs a 80. 4l80's dont shift harsh either, unless its broken. quicker shifts tho, they help the trans last longer due to way less slip when shifting. you can make the 4l60 shift quicker/firmer too. aka shift kit.

    Tonyrodz's Tahoe Build Thread

you'll need to bleed the master first. fill it, then have someone pump and hold the brake pedal while you crack the line nuts. do one at a time of course. you'll hear the air spitting out, stop when you no longer hear it. wrap a rag around the wrench and nut to keep fluid from spraying all over...

just going off my 3400 stall im my camaro. really wish i went higher. it will only brake stall to 2200, so its not like its loose feeling when driving normal. im also idling at 850 rpm. hwy cruising rpm's are the same as stock was. it will just flash to the rpm rating of the stall. aka 2800, or...

3600 min stall is what id get. stock converter will be so tight. needing to stand on the brakes at a stop, and the truck taking off pretty fast at idle on its own when you let off the brakes from a stop. my camaro would hit 20 mph on its own pretty damn fast. and break the tires free way to...

    0300 while driving today

if you've not had a tune up done in some time that might be all it needs. (plugs and wires) if you can get a scanner that shows live data then you can see what plug is misfiring, or if its most of em. p0300 means more then one misfire. p0300 = multiple random misfires. if the cel does not...
