    if the cel was flashing you'd think there would not be a code for a inop cel light, does it light up with all the other dummy lights when you turn key to run? the melted plug wire you found could make the cel flash for sure.

    ive got the 5100's, but also run air bags in my rear coil springs at 5-10 psi unless towing then 30 psi.

    bad compressor is my guess. thats the high pressure switch for the ac, it triggers the compressor to turn on.

    all of our work trucks, 05 3500, and a 15 3500, as well as my own old 03 2500hd, and now my 05 tahoe, all use the back pads up before the fronts. so its pretty normal. even my 98 regal used up the rear pads before the fronts. gm must have added more to the rears.

    if its clicking off and you need to fill it slowly the canister tank likely took a dump on ya spilling its pellets into the vent lines blocking them off.

    theres a few different scan types in the app. its gonna be a C code iirc. P codes are power train, c and U codes are the other two types of codes.

    if your testing the 4wd out on dry ground thats pretty normal. you need some snow or mud or loose ground to not really feel it jerking the truck about.

    you really need two relays, one for each fan, pretty sure i mentioned this in a earlier post. you can power both relays from one switch and with one split power supply lead to the relays.

    temp sensors are two part, one side goes to the cluster, other to the pcm. pulling the plug off the temp sensor should default the fans to hi speed, showing the relays work.

    theres not much to gain from a tune when all stock. only part you'll feel is the trans tune. them plug in tuners kinda suck too. aka hand held tuners with pre set tunes.

    thats the coolant temp sensor. run ya like 10 bucks or so. coolant may leak out so dont be alarmed if she leaks some out.
