I turned it off as I didn't think anyone was still using it. -

I guess it all depends on your computer's moniter size/resolution. It fits perfect in my 21 inch flat screen. -
wheel well and rocker molding removal
I have no idea how they are attached, but they could be the same setup as fender flairs are on must gm trucks/suvs. They are connected by plastic connections and 3m tape. Have you looked under the truck? -
