    No worries. You seem to be in the minority with issues in regard to your lm2. I do remember some of you posts. Id imagine there was some misdiagnosing involved. Engine cost is irrelevant if one blows up consistently and another doesn't.

    Its not common but not unheard of. Early failures of components are way more prominent then mid life. Use the warranty and dont worry about it. Basic shocks fail from new all the time. It just happens.

    Why is there a lawyer involved for a back ordered part? Im surprised they are talking to you at all. With that said I mean the warranty and payment reimbursement is nice. Seems way above and beyond from the dealer.

    Personally i think mismanagement leads to bankruptcy and bailout. Cant blame labor for that. If you are making a profit you need to compensate those responsible adequately. Now if we are at a negative year over year adjust accordingly. Sucks it takes a threat of a strike to get to negotiations.
