Funny thing is my locks have only broken like that on the front studs. I have Moog wheel Hubs up front...
All i am saying is that the specific set you just used does not list our year trucks under the application chart. Those locks are hitting the top of the wheel stud before seating all the way into the wheel. I dealth with the same issue earlier in the year when Mcgard customer service pointed...
I'm with you. Earlier in the year I had the same issue. McGard makes quality wheel lugs and locks. My issue was overall lug length. They referred me to the correct ones when I complained!! After I gave them the part# I bought from Amazon. Which part # did u buy??

Overlenght required is 1.945inch
I made the mistake of buying some that where the correct thread pitch but too short, hence they bottomed out before seating all the way.
Looks like mine!! My keys still works though. Have you tried it ro remove them?? Mine been broken like that due to not being long enough ad as confirmed by McGard. I been meaning to order the longer ones but after breaking like yours they work just fine

I should have made this clear in the post. I understand the springs currently on the truck are matched to the nivomats. I don't mind replacing them if needed.

Has the fancy nivomats in the back. One of them is leaking slightly but no rear sag in the back. I quoted them at just a hair over $500 for a new pair. I'm looking for comfort and ride performance. I don't want an increase in height with a diff...
My neighborhood is fairly secluded. No traffic. I don't like do anything that might be greasy or oily on my driveway. I did one side at a time turned where I wasn't really on the street side. Not a bad job, second side went on much easier. Man my snap knipex snap ring pliers came in handy...
