    Sure but it's the plastic bushing the dry rots and falls part. Similar to the wiper bushings. I plan to pull it apart and head to the hardware store or local autoparts for the bushing assortment kit and find one that fits. This is assuming mine just fell off the mounting stud.

    Cool. Sounds like you had it under control. Just checking. I'm surprised how the line clogged up like that. Mine had charcoal pellets in it but was clean with minimal effort. I did dropped the tank and blow out the assembly of hoses on top of the tack.

    Glad I didn't have this issue when I did mine. May I asked what you are using to blow these things out. A proper blow gun with the correct blow tip at the nozzle will ensure maximum air delivery. Your regular metal tipped nozzle won't deliver the same air volume/pressure. Considering the length...

    Cost of convenience. Don't feel bad their Duralast units are all made by Delco Remy or MPA. Your new one is a great unit. I have a Duralast gold 160 Amp alternator on the tahoe I desperately needed when mine went.

    Well. This is a good plan in today's pricing, but when i was looking, the local certifits and collision suppliers were asking $80+ Either way I was in no rush and didn't mind the savings. That website has some nicely priced items.

    I was agreeing with you. Was trying to understand how they jacked that one up. But someone made a good point that rotors may have not had enough meat to even machine in the first place. Warped on initial use after reinstalling.
