Not 100% sure on center caps for now. I know a member used to make some from a 3D printer. Not sure if he still does. I have black lug nuts for now. Tires are 275/55/20 with Goodyear Eagle LS2. I have my suspension kit sitting in the garage too. Just want to check my front end to make sure I...
Life’s been pretty crazy lately so I’ve been behind on updates on the Tahoe. I keep slowly getting things in order tho. Finally got a chance to head over to my buddies shop and get the tires mounted. Had the rims and tires sitting in the garage since December . They look good mounted. Just need...
6 hour round trip drive. Scored the HD hood, grill and bumper today. Just need some more parts to get color matched and then it’s off to paint finally!!

Exactly. Hood is aftermarket only at this point and I’m finding $500 shipped for that, and grills I’m finding for $175-230 shipped. Then bumper cap $120-135. So around $8-900. So for about $300 extra it would all be new but not oem on the hood……. I think I just convinced myself lol
$300 would be even better lol. My coworker is trying to convince me to spend a few hundred extra and just buy it all new. Now he’s got me second guessing going to get it. 5hr round trip. Around $80 in fuel also ♂️
I know it’s not “today” but was going to go pick up an HD front end tomorrow for my Tahoe. Was wondering if $500 was a good price for Hood, Grill and Bumper off a 2002 HD 2500
Thanks. Hopefully i can get some more work going shortly.
Thanks. I like how they came out. But after seeing how much I spent between buying the LTZ wheels, getting them powder coated, new TPMS sensors and tires, I could have gotten the 24" TBSS wheels that I was looking at lol. Not trying to...
Yeah. Just basic lugnuts. Hopefully I don’t lose a wheel lololololol.

Finally got the lug nuts in. Also got all new AC Delco TPMS sensors from RockAuto. Hopefully getting those on tomorrow and bringing the rims by my buddies shop to get mounted and road force balanced. Slowly but surely I’ll be making process this week.
They look better in person. Color came...
I just turned them over and used a short 2x4 and my hammer and gave them a good smack on each opening once and went round and round till they popped off. All 4 came off as one. Then I used some plastic scrapers from Harbor Freight and it all came off fairly easy. Just a little time consuming.
Dropped off to my buddy’s powdercoat shop here in Pompano Beach for an acid bath, pressure clean, then sand blasting and baking and finally some Prismatic Powders “Alloy Silver”. Just picked them up tonight. He nailed it. Now I just have to sort out the TPMS sensors, as one in my Tahoe is now...
