    If you prefer to replace parts to trouble shooting, do this. Replace air filter, catalytic converter, fuel pump, fuel filter, all O2 sensors, thermostat, water pump, radiator and antifreeze.

    Do you know if the tank is empty or if the fuel pump stopped working? What does the gauge indicate? Can you hear the fuel pump running after the ignition switch is placed in run or start? Did you see the "low fuel" light before the engine stopped running? Not sure if o2 models have the time...
