Man no amount of money will ever get me to do any work on a c4 corvette ever again. I redid the entire brake system on a 93 and a hard top since the vert top was shot. That lt1/4 is shite. The l89 was a better design. Got it running and sold it. Had a ZF too.
That’s exactly what I was looking for. #2. Thanks. Ordered. I’ll take it one step at a time to solve the wind problem. If I need the outer I’ll order that one too.
btw how did you find the diagram? I looked at gm parts direct.com and couldn’t find it.
Anyone know where the door seals part numbers? I’m getting that open window feel when driving on highway. Want to replace them. One that goes around the body of each door. Not the whole door opening front and back.
I had the same issue. I thought I fixed it and I obviously didn’t because my tire was flat the other day. It leaks down too fast now and with it getting cold I just ended up finding some late model wheels and tires and swapped it so I do t have it in the back of my head.
Lol I would suggest a lighter solid color for a first full spray. Body needs to be flawless for black.
I like the idea of a matching lawnmower for practice. That’s cool!
That sounds like a fun project. Hope you’ve painted prior since you’re doing metallic and pearl. Both are very hard to do without blotchiness. Best of luck. Can’t wait to see it.
Or you can tap the amp inlets instead of the out. Pre digital processing. Then no worries about lost signal.
Also you should read how the lc2i works. I used it in two cars one with Bose and one without with factory radios with excellent results.
I did it in my Holden with the factory Bose stereo still intact. Used a lc2i signal processor and tapped off a speaker signal wire. In my case I have factory subs also but very weak so I tapped off one of them.
Works great.
Did you get the top of the intercooler block reinforced? If not you should get that brick reinforced to stop it from blowing out. They add a big chunk of aluminum to the top to stop if from bulging.
