At what mileage should I considering trading in my Tahoe??

Trade in over 100k miles you'll basically get nothing.......at least here in Maryland. With double that, better off selling via Marketplace or CL. I traded in my '08 LTZ with exactly 100k on it and got 10k because it was spotless inside and out and I had a full maintence log on it

Extended rear brake hoses and rear sway bar end links

Hellwig offer several different length adjustable endlinks. I got their adjustable short set for mine where I lowered the rear 4" For the extended brakelines I would have to look around

    Adjustable rear control arms.

Yeah the front and rear caster is definitely an easy adjustment for a tech experienced with 4 wheel alignments. But always mention what parts/components you have replaced.

How to get 700hp (2017 Denali)

Bottomline tho........if you want reliable power, its not going to be cheap. The one part or component you cheap out on, will bite you in the ass. I dealt with this last week and valve springs.

    Adjustable rear control arms.

Well the adjustable rear control arms come set to the factory length. The alignment shop would only adjust them to get the rear caster dialed in; not really DIY in the driveway type of adjustment; needs be done on an adjustable/flat surface that an alignment rack provides

    Mild 6.0L Build Suggestions?

Yeah the normal spot where LS heads crack and leak coolant is around the head bolt surface. Normal protocol for those heads in the shops I have worked at is to replace the head. Its to hard to guarantee a proper fix when leaking like that.

How to get 700hp (2017 Denali)

I like how you think. A combination of options A1 and A2 would definitely get you to your goal. A guy local to me is a guy that did a Whipple (7psi), full exhaust, alkycontrol kit and tune and he put down 600whp. This combo was stock internals and stock cam. 600whp = 720-750 crank based on...
