All of the protection adds weight and if you're not rock crawling, its not needed.
When you go off on to the trails you have to prioritize somethings, weight and fuel range are near the top.
Sadly, tire size going to have nothing to do with a misfire.
If your 900 is a 2010, more likely then not you have a LMG 5.3, so you will have VVT and AFM/DoD.
IF you go about replacing the motor, I would recommend buying a long block from a quality/well known shop. It will cost you alittle bit...
I can't wait til they hit the auctions...... I will be getting one.
In the mean time I will continue to build and enjoy my '10 PPV
Oh, more pictures if possible.
I agree with the other guys as well, can't go wrong with Circle D. I got a billet 3200 stall converter from them. I placed my order over the phone, gave them my specs and done!
Around town and on the highway, drives like OEM.......but when you give it the sauce, its a completely different animal
Looks like a clean truck, I'm running those same tires too!
In order to program the key fobs your going to need a DIC. Life is better when your truck isn't DIC'less
Nope its a remove and replace item.
But you will need a puller / install tool set and a way to hold the flywheel.
I can post up the tools later too. Always install with a new crank bolt since they're a torque to yield bolt (aka one time use).
