    This is a good possibility. My old blazer did something similar. Seemed like it was binding in low, when really it was the chain jumping because of slack.

    My 06 can't either. Even with traction control off the brake torque management drops timing when the throttle and brake are both applied. It is more of an suv thing. My 06 Silverado will power brake no problem though.

    They are for the most part identical. There are a few differences, but at stock power level you would never notice them.
