I got a needle scaler and some "rust kutter"(phosphoric acid) to treat the rusty parts on my frame, I think I'm gonna try to loom these last couple wires and get started on the rust today. I'm debating if I should paint over the rust kutter or just spray everything down with atf/pb blaster...
I have about 50 webers the oldest is a 68 brave(copper mist 18" kettle) I need to finish polishing it, but it got moved to the attic for now.
Tried to post a pic of my old reached out Homer Simpson kettle, but I don't think it's loading
You need the flex fuel rails, and either the corvette fuel filter, or a fuel pressure regulator for the return.
Then if your truck is drive by cable you can get a Chinese 4 bolt TB. I think the thing for DBW is called X-link.
Also, make sure it is cathedral port before you start buying...
I have the pigtail part of the harness, I was gonna try to use the terminals out of an extra ecu plug that I have, but if that doesn't work out I may order those. Thank you!
If I have to peel off any of this split loom I'm gonna cry too though! Lol
I wrapped the wire in tesa tape before putting the loom on, hopefully it protects it.
This is the piece of loom that inspired this job, if I would have known that it and a couple others were the only crunchy ones I might...

The loom is "Gear It" brand from Amazon. I was having a hard time finding all of the sizes on there now for my neighbor, and I think maybe the "alextech" is the same stuff.
And "Tessa" brand wire loom tape.
It's a little more work than I anticipated, hopefully get some more knocked out today.
Thanks! I started on the starter wire, and it has that fiberglass/aluminum tape at the end, so I spent way too much time reading reviews and not putting on the loom. I still haven't decided what to order for that.
Thought about just going over it with some aluminum duct tape, cause I have some...
Trying to wash 300k worth of grease and grime out of this thing, then gonna mess with this wire loom hopefully.
This picture makes me want to order a stall so bad.
