    Tonyrodz's Tahoe Build Thread

I made it to page 34, and I'm kinda scared to see how many transmissions you have put in in the other 500 pages lol.

    '52 Suburban swamp to sweet!

It was a weird deal, he had told me that my parents said he could use this Z24 cavalier to go see his kids, and then didn't turn the fan on, and blew the car up. So he gave us the panel to make up for it.

    '52 Suburban swamp to sweet!

I had a 1950 custom deluxe panel. The guy we got it from never gave us the title and he came and stole it back while my parents were renting out the farm. Did they quit calling them panels or did having the side window make it a suburban?

    Truck leans to one side

I took some measurements on mine today and mine is about an inch and a half lower one the passenger rear. Gonna find a flatter parking lot and measure it again. Hopefully it's a shock too, because I'm about to replace them.

    Walchit's 2000 XL

Hey guys, figured I would move on out of the introduction part of the forum and ask a couple questions. Here's my intro for anyone who didn't see it. https://www.tahoeyukonforum.com/threads/just-got-this-2000-xl.129066/#post-1607736 I'm about to fix the ball joints, thinking about just doing...

    Just got this 2000 XL

It has really nice tires now, I will probably upgrade to 17'' when it's time for new tires. I guess I would need a new spare too. The guy did throw in 3 pretty decent 16" tires too. I do like those steelies through.

    Just got this 2000 XL

Oh and it has these stupid lugnuts and there is no key. Been trying to find one all week. And finally ordered one off Amazon today that I hope will work. Tried all the salvage yards, but they didn't act like they saved them. It's a 10 spline and I ordered the TA23. Once I get that then I can see...

    Just got this 2000 XL

I found the brake Leak because i thought it was an oil leak where I was parking at. Found the ball joints a day later when we took it to her family's shop for an alignment. The guy had painted the calipers recently, so I'm hoping it just needs a new copper washer. I was gonna do the 07 rotor...

    Just got this 2000 XL

you guys should at least get a couple years of participation out of me! Lol. I'm on a couple other forums for my hobbies of growing peppers, and collecting old Weber grills. I'm on the low end of the income spectrum, so don't expect anything too fancy on this rig. I saw those hellwig sway bars...

OR VietVet Is Still Throwing $$$ at 2005 Z71

Joined the forum a few days ago, and I just made it through your thread. Crazy amount of work you have done on this thing! I go to KC a few times a year, and would love to see this thing sometime after you get moved! I just bought a 2000 XL with 309k miles. I probably should have kept looking...

    Just got this 2000 XL

Hey guys, my wife was really wanting a Tahoe or Yukon. I probably jumped the gun on this one, but I was tired of looking at them, and the guy was a pastor. Hopefully he wasn't lying about the low mileage on the rebuilt motor and transmission. If they aren't actually rebuilt then I probably...
