    Strange , shouldnt have ANY KR at cruise unless either the gas is bad, lots of carbon buildup, tune timing is too aggressive, dirty MAF , running lean,etc.

    Get someone with a Tech 2 and you can command the mirror to see if its the switch or the motor.

    Leak

    That looks more like transmission, power steering fluid or possibly brake fluid. Time to get it on a lift or crawl underneath and take a look. It may be dripping somewhere and traveling down a line, frame or wire harness, then dripping on the ground.

    Simply drive a few times WITHOUT the AC on. That will eliminate or validate condensation or coolant. The front ac can work fine with the rear not working if the rear expansion valve is not working.

    A/C Blower Motor problems - DO NOT LEAVE VENT OPEN CARWASH

    While driving at speed the area at the base of the windshield where the fresh air intake of the AC is located is under high pressure. Even with the air just on low or off you may feel a good amount of air flow in fresh mode when driving fast. Recirc uses the inside air and uses it over and over.

    I don’t know......like a golf ball, it flies much further and is aerodynamically more stable due to the dimples. It has less drag. Would be fun to make a bunch of prototypes and test different theories. Would be fun to make clear intake tubes and flow test with smoke.

    Aluminum soaks and releases heat.....good conductor of heat. Plastic would insulate better and give lower intake air temps in a hot under hood environment.

    Guessing in fresh air mode, the air is sucked in at the base of the windshield and if the blower is on high then sprayed soap may get sucked in.

    Another issue

    The “ grind” feeling may just be the ABS actuating. My old 93 did the same while braking over a bump. Possible signal loss from a wheel sensor or erroneous reading during brakes on while hitting a bump, maybe wire flex.

    Same here, I hit 6k rpms every day. But, I have a small pulley on my 99 Hoe and hit redline on that every day also with no adverse affects.

    I would guess there would be a relay also. Check the fuse box for one.
