    Blazed's 2011 Tahoe Build

Ok that's fine. I just graduated Texas Tech almost two weeks ago so no more school for me unless it is post grad work.

    Blazed's 2011 Tahoe Build

Yeah I want you to. I can drop them off with you on Wednesday or Thursday. Also, you do not need the stock measurements. You can just gauge how much more (or less) it drops you from your old 5305s with no spacers.

You should come and try my new 4230s while you gauge what you need to cut from the Pedders. Not for long term, but just to show that it really is not a 5" drop. That way Tony can stop telling everyone that I am lying.

I just read a bit of that exchange. I would have hopped in just to chop Tony up if it was not his thread. He has no right to say shit to anyone on here as much as he lies........ If he was local and attended car meets, I would ride up to one of them and pull his card in front of...

    A REAL 3/5 drop installed!

It all depends on the NADA values come the sale time next April. I will be asking for 15% under NADA value, plus 40% of the mods I have spent. So about $26-27.5k by that time. It only has 37k miles as of right now and the sales includes it as is with all mods and the stock suspension parts I...

    A REAL 3/5 drop installed!

I have to get rid of it before it depreciates further. Hate to see it go but I will make up for it with the '14 model.

    A REAL 3/5 drop installed!

Thanks guys! BTW, I still have the 4230s for sale. They are brand new in open box and come with short bumpstops and cool Belltech stickers lol!

They way you are doing them may not work too well. Instead of using one long bolt, I used 2" shorter ones with a lock nut for each hole.

    Blazed's 2011 Tahoe Build

Yeah. I used them on my new panhard when I first put them in and they came loose in two days. Used nylon locks nuts on them (and every single other part of my suspension that I have modified) and they have stayed tight. Weird because the lock washers worked fine for holding the wheels on my...

    A REAL 3/5 drop installed!

As some of you know, last week I switched from the Belltech 5305 coils that I have been using since the first quarter of 2010, to the new model Belltech 4230 Trailblazer coils. I have known about the 4230 coils for 2+ years, but decided to not try them because I was skeptical about the ride and...

Home Depot has them in grade 8. You will need matching nylon lock nuts too.

    Blazed's 2011 Tahoe Build

Yes I highly recommend them. You will need a few assorted washers, bolts, and nylon lock nuts to install them because they use smaller hardware than the factory bolts. After that, you're good.

The recommended A463s are longer than the 6252s I run.

    Blazed's 2011 Tahoe Build

Yeah the regular replacement ones are longer. For your amount of drop, you could get part number BE5-A463-H5 5100, or run the ones I have with extenders.

I will respond to you because I have not turned off my PMs and VMs and don't want to ignore a direct question because of Tony and the Admin. First off, with the 5305s you want a 1" spacer to be able to get to a 3" drop. A 1.5" spacer will take you to right over 2.5". You want 5100 universal...

I still log on, but I'm not gonna even bother posting much on this place anymore. I could care less if people think Tony is some stand up guy and I am a compulsive liar that has something personal with Tony because they are the ones spending their cash on drops that have bogus numbers. It's...

NEW Belltech 4" 4230 TB Rear Drop coils for 2000 - 2013 SUV Models

I have lived in Dallas my whole life so I like it a lot. I have a few friends that live in GP also. You will get use to it pretty quick, but it will not be like Wichita. Living prices also will not be too bad unless you are in a college campus area, or choose to live downtown.
