BDS Suspension UCA Kit (#121152) - NEW product? - Has anyone tried these yet?

I haven’t had any issues out of my Freedom off-road UCAs. I grease them every oil change with Mobil grease. I’ve put maybe 15k miles on them so far.

A/F looks rock solid and where it should be. Not bad given the fuel problems.

Anyone use Freedom Off-Road UCAs? (2015 Tahoe)

My Freedom UCAs didn’t come with any directions, so I couldn’t tell you if that was apart of it. The Fox 2.0s directions don’t mention cutting them, but Icon and other major brand coilovers say cut them. I was sitting on top of them, so I cut them out. I was able to do it without removing any...

    Superchips Settings

Ok, I looked at the settings versus trying to remember them. There is Shift Torque which I listed the percentage above. T here is also a setting for Upshift Torque, which you can enable or disable. I have mine disabled.

From Superchips website: " Torque management adjustments (On/Off for torque recution on upshifts & downshifts)"

Superchips calls it Torque Upshift I think. You can select from enable or disabled. I think other programmers allows percentages of reduction. What issues did you have with that?

‘15i level kit 1st attempt failed

I don't have MRC, but I've used both Readylift and Rough Country. Customer service was great when needed. I'm sure they have a bracket or an entirely different SKU for MRC users.

    Superchips Settings

Engine tune I selected the 87 octane tune before selecting to customize some settings. rev limit - stock engine with no bolt-ons, so stock limit. speed limiter - selected "raised limit" whatever that is. V4 mode - OFF This noticeably improved the feel of the truck driving around town. shift...

I just ordered the Superchips Flashpaq. Between your response and Captain Insaino's response, I have a good starting point.

2018 6.2L, UPDATE: Lifter failure at 80k miles

Sorry to hear that. Hopefully, it doesn't damage any engine bearings in the process. Keep an eye on the oil pressure.

Anyone use Freedom Off-Road UCAs? (2015 Tahoe)

Yeah, it stinks you can't adjust them on the vehicle. Did you ever find a spanner wrench that would work for them? How did you know the ball joints on the UCAs were wearing out?

Best guess is a 6” inch lift for me. I’m measuring from center of the hub up to the bottom of the fender. I compared those measurements with a stock Yukon (not XL).

I had factory stamped steel arms. I may purchase an extra set of ball joints from Freedom off-road just to be safe.

That’s the same part number I have. I guess the Tahoe and Yukon share the same UCA then?

New member - 2016 XL Fox coilovers

Looking at it now, the track width on the front is much more narrow after the spacer addition. I may need a wheel spacer or knuckles.

Thanks, all. I just added a larger spacer between the bottom of the strut and LCA. I think I reached the limit for a safe ball joint angle on the UCA (pics in original post). Thoughts?

Hey everyone. I bought a 2016 Yukon XL about a year ago. I always wanted a larger SUV for my family. The extra cargo room and V8 pulled me in. Luckily, I bought a warranty because I've replaced the A/C condenser and steering rack so far. I'll post pics of my mods. From center hub to bottom of...

Looking for advice on 37s tires

Maybe there’s a market for aftermarket front fenders then. There’s always going to be a need for trimming the inner fender though.
