Great addition to the thread. I was curious about the s-video wiring. Thanks for clearing that up. If you can, try to post up some pics of the night time operation. I'd love to see how well the IR lights work with that set up. -

Spectre Intake
I have the spectre and magnaflow exhaust. Between the two, there is a bit of drone inside at certain rpms. Not terrible though.- dropmech

Thanks for the reply. Plans for now are to just put a 6.0 together and replace my 4.8 with it. It won't happen quickly by any stretch of the imagination, but I gotta start somewhere.- dropmech

help!!! put new head unit in 04 tahoe no sound out of two speakers!!!
Are they blown? The stock speakers are garbage in these trucks if it isn't a bose system. They fall apart after a few years.- dropmech

Tire Screeching
Is the tire dragging when you turn? Is it at full lock? Do you have oversized wheels/tires? AWD, 4WD, 2WD? As for your brakes, check your pads. You can see if the squeeler tip is touching the rotor or not.- dropmech

I've had mine for a few years now. Just now starting to get a tiny bit of moisture inside the camera itself. May be buying a new one soon. But the wiring and screen inside are doing just fine. -
