    Yeah, I tried that one before too. But second digit is "c" and on that chart it is a #. So no luck there either. Seems like every decoder I've tried only goes part of the way, then gets lost.. lol.

    Yeah, I'm willing to bet that's probably going to be the problem. Only other thing I can think of is the blend door actually broke, and yes, that DOES happen. You wouldn't know it was broken unless you actually pulled the box apart. Best of luck, hope its just a actuator link miss located..

    Simple answer.. Yes. If you didn't get the door actuator installed in the exactly same position as the old one, IE, gear for gear or tooth for tooth. You will have some issues.
