Panhard centers left to right. I have Spohns adjustable for that. The DJM trailing arm relocation brackets are for moving the axle back, in drops greater than 3in. Was just wondering if the beefier Spohn arms would work with the DJM kit.
But thanks anyway!
Reviving an old thread.....
Would the Spohn boxed, non adjustable lower arms with poly bushings, work with the DJM trailing arm relocation brackets?
The DJM brackets would center the tires in the wheel wells and the Spohn arms would give you the added beef for less flex and wheel hop.
That is...
Thanks for the info. I ended up following the one video from YouTube. Just followed his directions and basically just matched up wire to wire by color. Got all the basic power seat functions up and running. Thanks again for the assistance.
How do you like that Spintech 5000? How's it sound on the Tahoe? I've run the Pro Street 6000 on my Silverado. But I'm looking for something closer in size to the stock muffler on my Tahoe.
Thanks!
The install should be pretty straight forward. The coilovers come completely assembled. So it's just like doing a "ready strut". 3 nuts at the top and 2 bolts at the bottom.
Rear is currently at 4.5in drop.
I've got the DJM hardware kit install. (Trailing arm and shock relocation brackets). I'm currently running stock rear shocks and looking to upgrade. Since I'm running the DJM shock relocation brackets, there's no need to buy drop shocks correct? So I assume I...
Yeah, thanks for those pin outs. But I have no idea what I'm looking at when it comes to those. I'm just going to cut the chassis side plug off in my truck and match wire color, wire for wire to the chassis side harness pigtails I cut from the seat donor vehicle.
Talk about a Unicorn. I've been looking for the cubby or a blank filler for the rear hvac/entertainment controls. Nearly impossible to find. I found one listed on Ebay for $109.- (cubby only). Wonder what that seller was smokin?
I just ran into this. Installed a center console from an 07-13 Suburban into my 07-14 Tahoe. Just used a sawzall and cut a notch in the black ABS base. Fits perfect.
Yeah, I know it's an old thread. But I've been look for a certain parts combination and you're the first I've come across who is running it.
You have the Spohn boxed lower control arms with poly bushings and you're running them with DJM's rear hardware kit (the lower arm relocation brackets)...
Yeah, I just bit the bullet. I dropped the coin on some Belltech coilovers. I'm going to leave the spindles in place for now and use the coilovers to get the nose down to where I'm happy with it.
Thanks for your assistance
"Extenders and factory shocks or get drop shocks"
But Belltech will tell you to use shock extenders/relocation for both...factory and their drop shocks. Why is that?
