Welcome! Some consoles don't have the clearance for the rollover module (black box on the top of the transmission hump). Easy enough to cut some of the plastic out of the way on the bottom of the console. Other than that, yes, they all fit, 2007-2014.

    Who getting a 2020 C8 Corvette?

Probably for the better. The orange looks too much like a McLaren. You'd have a flock of tow trucks chasing you, just waiting for the thing to quit, or not start, or lock you out, or in! :rotflmao:

Tahoe Z71 renovation project - Interior Thread (Custom Leather)

Red's not my color, but the combination in that truck is nice. The fit and finish of the leather is very nice. My hat's off to you, sir! I did the seats in our 86 Mustang SVO. The front seats have pretty prominent side bolsters, and fitting the covers on them was a huge PITA. We finally...

2013 PPV Slight Idle Shake Unknown Cause

You don't need a Tech2. The scanning can be successfully-completed by yourself so you get the current, valid, codes to work with. I've used an ELM327 Bluetooth OBDII module with their ELM327Checker app on our '10 PPV and '12 9C1. I have the apps installed on our Galaxy Tab 4 tablet, but...

    Got my 2010 PPV

Since you're just moving air there, you'll want to polish where you cut as much as possible. You probably know this already, just wanted to point it out, in case you don't.

What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

'Seals' are not the problem. I find it odd that ALL the cylinders are at 50%. Definitely get another opinion.

    2010 Tahoe ppv

The BEAST! :D I grew up with the little ones, too. Worst bite I ever got was from a toy poodle. When we got married, I said I wanted a dog. I said I wanted a poodle, she said not a small one. So we've had standard Poodles since married. We currently have three of the knuckleheads. I...

My big girl saved my life

 I've been in two wrecks in my life, one was a head-on where a lady drove around a stopped garbage truck into my lane. I was wearing a 3" lap belt, and I stretched enough to hit my head on the rear view mirror. I can only imagine where I would have been had the belt not been in use...

My big girl saved my life

Dam, Alex, that's bad! Glad you came out okay. Kind of makes up for that 13 MPG average these things usually get, huh? ;-)

My big girl saved my life

Wow! I've heard about bad drivers in Louisiana, but didn't know this was an intentional driving strategy. The only saving grace is they would have probably stopped that after pulling up next to our Tahoe. :p

My big girl saved my life

I kind of had wearing seat belts drilled into me at an early age. My Dad had to install seat belts in our 1959 Rambler before he could drive the thing on base at Vandenberg in the '60's. We were required to wear the seat belts when in a vehicle on base. So I just got into the habit early on...

New to the Govt Tahoes - Bought a 2010 and have a few questions

For the air leak, double-check the door seal along the A-pillar. If someone removed the spot light, I find they rarely replace the seal. There will be a cut in one of them. You can also pull the interior A-pillar trim and look for the hole there. The rear seats in our '10 PPV sometimes...

New to the Govt Tahoes - Bought a 2010 and have a few questions

The bowtie on our '10 PPV looks black in some views. When my bride is coming down the street in it, I swear it's black, yet it's factory gold.

PPV motor mounts... use h3 or oem?

They do not come with the H3 mount unless the dealer that services the department's trucks knows about the TSB and uses them for replacements. Since failed mounts are more of an annoyance than safety issue, few LEOs get theirs swapped out. If you can afford it, do both. If not, do the...

    Towing with my ppv

It's used to transport railroad personnel to different places along the railroad, usually to locations needing repair, or for inspection. The older ones were hand pumped. Now they have small gas engines. Cool speeder. I have a friend who co-owns one with his Dad.

    Late pic post

Yep, not terribly competitive, but a TON of run! We've autocrossed our 95, 96 SS, 98 Dakota R/T, '10 Tahoe PPV and '12 Caprice. We usually run them in the class we usually compete in for points (C Pepared) when the weather is bad, or the race car is down for work. At the last autocross we...

2009 PPV Vibrations in Steering-wheel & Under Truck (Slowing Down)

Our '10 PPV used to shudder a bit when slowing to a stop. It was the driver side motor mount. The metal in the motor mount was resting on the K-member and when slowing, the engine being in 4-cyl mode with the converter locked would cause a shudder, or shake, that was felt thorugh the dash and...

    Power/staring issue

Battery. The voltage is dropping to the point the sensors aren't reading right, hence the lights coming on on the dash. After running a bit, you have a bit of a charge on the battery, so things start more-normally.

Cylinder 1 misfire check engine light rough idle

Wow. Been quite a while since I've seen plugs that look that bad. Shortly after getting our '10, I figured I'd do plugs and wires, since the ones on the truck looked OEM, and it had nearly 100K miles on it. The plugs came out worn, but clean, and the replacement parts made ZERO difference in...

Had my Unity Spotlight factory rebuilt!

That's what we did, too. Had to change the terminals a bit, but other than that, it bolted right in. I've read on the Caprice list that the LED lenses tend to not fade/haze/yellow as bad as the plastic bulbs do.

    New PPV

Yeah, good job on the purchase. Ours was driven by a supervisor, and the back seat area appeared to have never had a single person in it, perp, or otherwise. I've already replaced a few panels that had screw holes in them.

    A/C Belt

IF you have 'stretch to fit' A/C belts, I'd now try the Delco belt that comes with the tool. But that's just me.

What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Replaced the A/C belt on our '10. What a PITA!! The parts house belt remover/installer tool will NOT work on a '10 5.3.

    A/C Belt

+1 on this! I'd also just get one and have it available when you do the job, unless you have a ride to the parts house when the tensioner breaks when twisting it to relieve the tension on the belt. I learned that lesson working on our 95 Caprice 9C1.
