    2011 Denali electrical nightmare

Please post back once they find something. I am seeing something similar but much less severe.

dimming lights on Yukon XL Denali?

I have a 2011 Denali that seems to have an issue, but I don't know if it is a real problem or expected. My interior lights (when all on) flicker and occasionally I will notice the headlights dim at night when driving. Is this your experience?

    Radar detectors

I have the V1 and have been warned about 10 different times that were possible ticket traps. I don't really speed much (5 to 7 over), but if you drive any US highways, you will see the speed drop from 70 to 60 to 50 to 40 to 35. Sometimes, on a long trip, these drops are easy to miss, so the...

What is the main difference-Tahoe's vs Yukon's

Personally, I prefer the Yukon (and I don't think it is feminine). I don't like the line across the grill with Chevy's. I got a Denali, and it is nice.

I have a 2011 GMC Yukon XL Denali bought in December 2011 and have experienced this a few times (but not every time).

    front bumper proximity sensors

The problem is this... you need a connection to the speedometer. I don't want the sensors on all the time. Honda and Toyota have them on for speeds forward or backward up to ~5MPH. I think the standard approach is to connect them to the R, but I want them on going forward too.

    front bumper proximity sensors

I have a 2011 GMC Yukon and would like to add front bumper proximity sensors like my Sequoia. They are active when the vehicle is moving less than ~5MPH. Does the Escalade have these? If so, can I retrofit the system onto my Yukon?

scratch on my Denali Steering wheel

The scratch is too deep. It has removed the "wood" too. I believe it is all plastic, though. Under the "wood" colors, it is dark grey/black.

scratch on my Denali Steering wheel

I have a 2011 Denali with the heated steering wheel. It is the wheel with both leather and "wood" trim. Unfortunately, the wood trim has a scratch where I see it everyday. How do I find that part? Can the wood trim be replaced easily?

Looking for a roll cage for yukon!

I have to agree with this post. I don't think you will be able to make the vehicle much safer unless you fully understand the chassis design, perform simulations, and field test your modifications. It isn't easy to engineer something, so please be careful.

2011 GMC Yukon XL Denali AWD not that fast

Interestingly, the 6.2L is 0.4s faster from 0-60. I guess I don't normally mash the pedal. I think this must be the difference; the pedal response is higher in the Sequoia. ---------- Post added at 04:27 PM ---------- Previous post was at 04:24 PM ---------- I had one for an e500 merc...

2011 GMC Yukon XL Denali AWD not that fast

2011 GMC Yukon XL Denali AWD not as fast as I expected I really like my new Denali AWD, but I am surprised that the 6.2L engine isn't as fast as my Sequoia which only has a 5.7L engine. Both have AWD, though the Sequoia is all manual. I think the Sequioa is rated at 380HP whereas the Denali...
