Purchasers need to do their due diligence when buying these vehicles. They are GMs cash cow and they maximize that by excluding basic features from lower trim levels. Yes, I realize the irony of calling a $65,000 vehicle lower trim but it is the reality of the day.
We might surmise that increased inflation will be here for years to come and plan accordingly.
I was countering the statement that people who pay $70,000 should not care about the price of gas.
I'll pay cash for a new one someday but I will always fight to keep daily expenses down, it's the...
Quite a few threads posted almost daily concerning gas mileage, diesel over gasoline engines and now, the topic du jour, fuel price increases. Obviously fuel costs are a concern for many except for a vocal few who eschew such thoughts. Very curious.
For those who don't care do you concern...
The 5.3 is the most popular engine in the GM suv because of economy therefore prices including the price of gas matter to most suv buyers. Are you still surprised?
With 5.3 combined mpg @ 17 and 3.0 combined mpg @ 22 that's an increase of 29.4 percent.

I can't...
People are flush with money let's see for how long.

Don't blame you a bit for wanting to get out of the lease. Early engine work doesn't bode well for a long trouble free experience. But scolding the employees at the dealership is like yelling at puppies for peeing on the carpet, they are powerless to change, in fact, puppies might have the upper...
I like the contemporary styling of the limited stealth
Tell me more of the seat comparison have you sat in both, what were the major differences?
Pick your poison, the Yukon has acoustic laminated side glass where the Expedition has adjustable pedals. I prefer the more contemporary styling of...
I test drove an Expedition a few years ago and my biggest takeaway was that the seat bottoms were too short and it felt like I couldn't get back into the seat far enough. The seats were designed for people with short limbs. Have they changed the seats in a major way since then?
Never had a sunroof and usually ask if it can be closed when riding in others' cars. Don't like them for aesthetic reasons plus they are a source of creaks leaks and rattles. Don't get me started on retractable running boards and 22" wheels or other doodads of the devil.
