2005 Suburban 5.3 T missing P0300 after changing plugs and wires
I have an '05 Suburban with 5.3 T engine. It has 165k miles. In working to a baseline of maintenance, I put in new plugs (ngk platinum...same as were in it) and acdelco wires. Since making that change, I'm getting P0300... With misses in 2 and 7....the ration is about 1:10 on 2 vs 7... Where...- project_x

AC Trouble Shooting, 2005 Suburban LT
I found I had a small leak on my rear ac lines. So I bought a rear block off kit. Replaced all the o-rings, flushed lines and put in a new drier... I think I have leak from this connection Where I thought I would find an orifice tube...but there was only an o-ring... Is there anything else... -

Easiest way to install manifold clamps? Dorman Manifold clamps
I went from the top, but used magnets to hold the plate clamp in place. And coned the first but of the bolt to guide it in... It still took much longer than I thought it should... But thought I would share what worked for me.- project_x

How long should i leave it holding vacuum to think there is no leak? I kept a vacuum on for 2 hours..and now the system is sealed and under vacuum... waiting to see if it leaks -

I verified my compressor clutch engaged. I'm putting a vacuum on the system.. if it doesn't hold vacuum what is the method used to find the leak? I see lots of ways to find the leak with systems with refrigerant...but not empty ones -

I have a new to me 2005 Suburban LT 4x4 with Auto HVAC and rear air The AC is blowing hot air. 1. Fuses and relay are all good and tested. 2. AC clutch isn't working. 3. I jumped the low pressure switch to see if the clutch engaged, it did not. 4. I put a set of gauges on the system...pressure... -

Rear coil spring mounts...
My '05 Suburban has a terrible lean in the rear. It has some new rear suspension (springs,shocks,and sway bar links)...it is super snowy here, So i have I investigated further, but I'm thinking it might be the top coil spring mount.....does anyone have any experience with this or other ideas? Cluster Overlay Image...
My Wife got Cricut Maker for Christmas....for those not familiar, it allows for print and cutting on vinyl adhesive (among other things). If got me thinking I could make a very custom overlay for the instrument cluster including all cutouts, labels, etc...... Is there any chance anyone has... -

Vxdiag nano / tech 2 programming for cluster.
I purchased a used 2005 Suburban...which I Iove....however it had a replacement cluster installed. I believe this cluster was from a different year or different model....so it has a service brake booster message. Would either of these tools allow me to update the cluster programming to fix...- project_x
