    Mr. Greenly, the Trans-Model Tahoe

This is the first ever trans-model amalgamation I've ever seen that I thought looked good. I like it! Every other I've ever seen looks extremely obvious, like when people convert their garage into another room.

Pete's (Now Nate's) 2003 Denali Budget Build thread

Was a great car and an outstanding build thread. I still refer to this thread a few times a month. Good luck in the future

    Opinions on some 22" wheels

Those are a smidge bigger than 22s I think

Pete's (Now Nate's) 2003 Denali Budget Build thread

That's a fair point. Paint first, wheels/tires/drop second, lights third

    Opinions on some 22" wheels

I saw those, and they look really clean, especially for his asking price. I'm debating if I want to take on the future expense of 24" tires over 22". That's a pretty big jump

    Opinions on some 22" wheels

Checked out the strada perfettos. Those look like the dub baller, not the big ballers. I like those, but I was hoping to find something with a good sized lip.

    Opinions on some 22" wheels

So I'm finally looking to upgrade my CK805 20s to some 22s on my 2005 black Denali. The future holds a small drop for it, but not a lot else. This is my daily driver, and I often have every seat filled with people. I gravitate toward silver or chrome wheels with some lip, although I like *some*...

    Should TOTQ live on...?

I didn't realize there had been a cash prize. I still look back through the past winners, because there are a lot of fine a$$ trucks I would never have seen if it weren't for TOTM/TOTQ. Plus I wanna build mine soon

Sorry @CWARE didn't mean to jack your thread. For the price you paid, it's really hard to go wrong with that truck.

Yeah, I'm sure it's a mistake that they show the 2 door picture, but it's a pretty misleading mistake Thanks! It got stressful knowing the book value was like $1500 for it if I had an accident, and the leaky glass was kind of a bummer too. I love cool cars, but I'm big on daily driving them so...

Would have been great to know a few years back. I wonder if they're new or if I just didn't know about them *edit - looks like that glass is 4 door only even though the picture is a 2 door http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/csd/full.aspx?Page=23

I had a 2 door 2wd. I loved it. I got rid of it for a few reasons, but a large one was because the rear quarter windows leaked and I couldn't find anyplace that was willing to take them out to redo them. I finally found a guy and he handled one, but wouldn't do the other one. Apparently they...

Not that I'm an expert, but I didn't know that. Were Escalades of this year also without AFM?

    Reeee Dooooo!

I ended up removing the plastic pieces and mounting two pieces of wood across the metal supports with screws. With the wood painted black, it works pretty good and looks fine
