I have seen it for $650 before. I forget where though. Its still pretty expensive but I love it and I will never like any hood as much as this one so its worth saving up for it. Haha
Yes slightly off topic. Haha. I am going to college in June and am finally leaving the house but I dont think the hoe is going this semester :( Im moving to a Tallahassee and my parents and I are worried that my truck will get vandalized. The motorcycle will be a huge gas saver! Haha
Wow I cant believe how bright it is inside your truck!! Those lights really look good and I will have to swap out all of mine before long! Thank you so much for all the info on which bulbs you used where!

You...
This is the hood that I will be getting. Its a Keystone Restyling Products 442-Style Hood. It also has the optional functional ram air system if you want it.
I think paper weight is appropriate :) haha. My G80 hasnt worked since I bought the truck but I never noticed any problems so Ill let it be till I upgrade. And yea I hear you on the whole have fun since it gets shitty gas mileage anyways. Lol. Ill probably do the same once I get my motorcycle...
Yea doing it yourself is always the best! I have yet to do anything seriously mechanical on my hoe.. Only on our four wheelers for now. How come you are going with such big gears with small tires? Well your hoe probably isnt your dd right? The 4.56 gears will be sweet :) and truetrac will be...
It just amazes me that people put so much time, money, and effort into making something like that. You're going need something bigger than a baseball bat!
It just seems like it would be hard to get the two sides to match eachother. Youtube is a good idea though! I have just been reading articles about it.
Thats a nice hoe but its definitely over priced. It could be made a lot nicer with a few cheap things too... The tint looks like shit and he did the same thing I did to fill in the space between the tail gate and rear bumper expect he did a shitty job. It only took me 10 minutes to make that...
Have you ever glassed ANYTHING before? like even just a sample piece to see how it goes? I have never glassed but definitely want to learn how. How long did it take you to make these and how hard would you say it was?
I was perfectly fine not knowing that I have the G80!!! But I do :( Im about %90 sure that it doesnt work, but I havent tested it out. And I have a 3.42 ratio which also isnt fun. Thanks for the info though! I would never have known otherwise
Is it true that if the romote wire is hooked up to the HU but not the amp and the other end of the remote wire gets grounded that it could short the HU and it will no longer turn on the amp when powered up?? I have heard that before.
