    Lifetime Power train warranty....

My dealer (Titus Will in Olympia, WA) also offers the lifetime powertrain warranty. It is administered by a 3rd party, and can be used outside of the issuing dealer but at a higher deductible ($500 vs. $100). This was important to me since I spend a lot of time driving between WA and SoCal. I...

Did GM stop taking orders for 2021 Yukons?

Thank you for the reply; I ordered just about all options including the Premium package and heavy duty tow package; all except 2nd row captains chairs (need the bench for passenger space).

For those with Feb/March TPW on Orders

Wow, I ordered a 2021 Yukon AT4 on Monday...wasn't told it won't be accepted...and the dealer gave me an order number, so I don't know what to think?

Did GM stop taking orders for 2021 Yukons?

OK, I am confused so please help me out. I just placed an order on Monday for a 2021 AT4; got an order number from the dealer here in Washington...are you all saying my new AT4 isn't going to get built?

    Tomorrow Ordering AT4

Yes, we ordered the stock bench seat for passenger capacity, and for using our dog crate as well. The order went in today, but still waiting to find out lead time.

    Tomorrow Ordering AT4

Guess I will be moving over from the Hybrid forum to this forum in 3 months (hopefully) when I take delivery of my AT4 being ordered officially tomorrow. Ordered it in the White Frost Tri-coat color, with the Premium Plus package, Interior Protection Package, Black roof cross rails, wheel...

Ordered the AT4 today to replace my 2013 Denali Hybrid

Finally decided to part with my beloved Hybrid that has served me faithfully since I ordered it in 2013. I make a lot of highway trips between Washington and Southern California where the car has been most of its years. Despite running as good as new, never been in an accident and never even a...

Suggestions for a Decent ODB2 Unit?

Thanks! Since I have over 200K miles now, and not sure how much longer before I am in something brand new, I likely will just get something simple to read the codes. Next time it is convenient please post the make/model for your scan tool. Happy New Year!

Suggestions for a Decent ODB2 Unit?

I can afford a good one, if the features justify the price for a vehicle that has unknown life remaining. I need help figuring out the benefits vs. cost.

Suggestions for a Decent ODB2 Unit?

Looking to get an ODB2 for my 2013 Yukon Denali Hybrid (that now has 200K miles on it; original owner). I travel with it a lot, so would like to have something that basically let's me know what codes I am throwing, and possibly clearing the codes after simple fixes. I don't do major repairs...

    Service Power Steering

Hopefully my response can help others tell you the possible fix. I had my 2013 Yukon Denali Hybrid at the dealer to get a new steering box installed. After the repair the Hybrid worked fine until I got home, and later went on a short errand. A block from home I lost control of the steering...

Engine Missing or Cruise Control Issue?

Unlike my previous non-hybrid Yukon Denalis, there is no tow/haul mode on this model.

Engine Missing or Cruise Control Issue?

Replaced all plugs and wires. Engine is smoother and gas mileage is restored, but I still notice what feels like the cruise control is fighting (vehicle stuttering) when coasting downhill on the freeway. Otherwise all is well; no codes.

Considering a Hybrid. Am I crazy?

I am at 193,000 miles with my 2013 and going strong. Went to look at a new 2020 model XL last weekend, and despite a good price decided to stick with what I have. The interior is much nicer on mine than the new Denali's.

Engine Missing or Cruise Control Issue?

Thanks for the suggestions. I am on a trip and won't return home to my tools for a couple of weeks. I will pull the plugs and probably change them when I return. Will let you know if that helps once I get the chance to get it done. Drove it the last two days with no issue or engine light...

Engine Missing or Cruise Control Issue?

My 2013 Yukon Denali Hybrid (187k miles) feels like the engine is stuttering or missing when on the freeway going downhill on cruise control. Figured it was the engine trying to slow down the momentum going downhill, though it never used to be this rough when newer. Today the check engine...

    Help Me Figure This Out

The only time the shutter happens is when I first start out in the morning, coming from being parked. It really feels like the limited slip differential is locking up one wheel that may have been lagging behind.

    Help Me Figure This Out

Well, starting out in M4 didn't prevent the stutter. The hybrid battery was replaced already just before the battery warranty expired. I will check the build-up of debris, but the car has been used in Southern California and debris is usually not an issue here.

Good idea; I will try that first thing out the driveway in the morning. Thanks for the suggestion.

Thanks for the suggestion. How do I test the AUX transmission pump?

    Help Me Figure This Out

2013 Yukon Denali Hybrid, 185K miles. Completely stock; no changes and well-maintained. Recently I have noticed a change in my Yukon that I cannot decipher; and because I depend upon this car for frequent long trips, I hate to wait for failure to figure out what is wrong. Unfortunately, the...

Just to follow-up, the problem was the different tread thickness on the tires. Replaced all four tires and the problem is gone. Amazing how the smallest difference is detected and affects the performance.

My fog lights aren't worth $#!&

I think most people don't realize the purpose of Fog Lights. The primary purpose is so approaching driver's can better see your vehicle in the fog from a greater distance. The secondary purpose is to point down so you can better see the fog line (stripe) on the shoulder of the road. Making...
