I would suggest not swapping the grade. They spec DEXOS 0w20 for a reason, the best thing you can do is keep the oil fresh with a high quality oil and filter.
That isolates your issue to the transfer case. There is ether a problem with the fluid, internal components, or the signal that is being sent to the transfer case.
Since you had no issue prior to having the repair work done I would assume it’s the third option.

Also, I highly doubt the dealer would replace any suspension component under warranty with your current situation.
Find a long stretch of straight road and switch to 4wdHI and see if the issue is still there. Make sure to go back to 2wd or AUTO before making any sort of turn if you’re on dry pavement.
