With that low miles you will still have to check the oil pressure and the air shocks in the back. Its not the miles its age. The o ring on the oil pickup gets brittle, and the air shocks bladder sleeves leak.
No its the gauge, does not sweep or read. The Servo on the gauges is prob bad.
Now I need to do some investigating how to change it.....hmmm where to look??
Flew north from FLA to DTW. My Denali was in mom's garage. I started it and noticed the Oil pressure gauge read zero.....NO Movement....Engine sounds fine. No bad noises smoking engine shrieking pistons/bearings....
So so I have a bad gauge or bad sender....?
The first thing to do is to fully inspect brake system. Fluid change, inspect rotors and pads. Replace what needs replacing. How many miles on it.
The service traction system can be as innocuous as a low battery but clunkling is bad. Make sure sure no loose wires etc.
I assume you have the 5.3 engine. Oil change and GOOD oil filters are a must on higher mileage vehicles. Also if you have the air shocks on the rear check those.
I personally think the 900 body style (2007-14) is the best built ot the SUV's out there.
I will throw my hat in the ring on Wix filters are great. I dont care for Amsoil but thats just me. The synthecis today are so good its hard to go wrong with any major brand. Mobil, Valvloine, Pennzoil etc.
Only brand I dis is Royal Purple and STP
I ordered Sealight LED lights on Amazon. They were H13 9008 LED. They fit in the OE Position - I installed them without having to remove anything. Its a tight reach but can be done. I was using Silver Star Xenon but they only lasted a year. You do need to index the LED's
