Looks great!! That front end could go up to 6" easy with a strut spacer. The rear will need 4" coils from skyjacker to equal the front. Also would get rear wheel spacers to even track width. Get some fender height measurements for us.
Air lines don't matter if removing bottom shock bolts. It's the sway bar bolts holding it up. After those are off it can swing down about 3" before brake lines get tight. You can unbolt the one diff bolt holding lines to free up some slack when going from 3-6" swing.
I could get in it no problem but wife when go out on date nights and other friends would struggle. I would like amps but cost so much for them. Thanks they do make it look different and most people like them in person over pics. I agree they do look weird sometimes in pics.
Thanks dude! I like the new wheels. GMFS says take flares and steps off. It sure about all that though. Think a friend of mine is picking the wheels up this week. I will let you know if he doesn't.
Sounds like gear mesh or bad driveline angle. Sounds like gears since didn't do it before. I just went through entire driveshafts on mine so I can help there too. Need to know what you did to shafts and angles
Yup baked 10 minutes at a time and using super low heat gun when prying corner. Bake again and pry a little further. Once you get past 50% they come apart fast. Clean out all old glue and lay butyl in the joint.
Yeah 07-14 are pain in the a$$ seal but come apart no problems. Bake 215 for 10 minute intervals until open. Pry a corner and open then bake and open a little further and back then open again until it's all apart. I can help if you have questions
I doubt its a CV shaft. I put money its upper control arm frame bushings. My old Yukon did the same thing on passenger after keys and I replaced it once it got bad enough. About a month after new ac delco arm installed it started again. Sold it before it wore out bad enough. My Denali does...
Even on stock front shaft? Pretty much all of them need a dual cardan to not vibrate. The rear should be good for you since its longer wheelbase and mine is a unicorn prick most of the time haha
Yeah get some good zone boxed uppers. Let us know how the resistors work out for you. My stable track goes off on bumpy pavement in slight turns. I had it checked at the dealer and they said the computer responds correctly to the yaw and input sensors. My only other thought is the ride...
I wonder why they say the fronts don't fit the 15s cause the upper tower mount is the same to my knowledge. I know the arms did change on the upper side but thought the lower stayed the same.
Looks great and raise that front up to 8" also. Glad to hear the ride is superb! I want to get new shocks at some point. Yeah I had to trim the front corner also but not much and kept the bumper brace. Removing the lower valance really looks better. Surprised it isn't taller as mine measures 7'2-3"
The lift looks great! I'm sure you need to trim the board ends to clear turning. Not sure about the rear with axle swing forward if you have to trim that end too. Trim front valance so it only covers the bumper tabs. Is this set at 6" or 8"?
