Soft8 hole style alloys and vibration
It may be worth having them balanced somewhere different than where you had them originally balanced? May also be beneficial to experiment with the stick on wheel weights. Cut a square in half and add it....test drive ect. I hope you get it dialed in, good luck sir.- Jolly Roger

Thats what I was trying to do by mounting it close to the BCM. I thought the TPMS module was up under the dash.....dammit I plan on putting a sub in that panel back there..maybe ill move it if it dosnt work this time..- Jolly Roger

UPDATE: Took the Tahoe for its first long drive since installing the TPMS Delete. 140 mile round trip and within the first 30 miles my "Check Tire System Monitor" message came on. Thanks man, that really does make me feel a bit better. I was all sold with weeks of searching and then I stumbled upon that picture. Those are made by Fuel, the others I was looking at are made by Method. Method even has a video bragging about how theirs are not weakened by the extra milling...- Jolly Roger

Is it normal for a wheel to have this much cut out of the inside? I've been comparing two companies and this one is different in the fact that it has so much material cut out from the back side compared to the other brand.- Jolly Roger

...and here she is in all her glory, open and exposed..;) (now I feel all dirty inside).. The 3D printing is even more evident, one of the screw barrels fell off when taking out the screws. I would have been more impressed if there was shrink tubing on the exposed wires, but at least there...- Jolly Roger

Testing.. Took truck for a 10 mile drive without the TPMS delete box. The "Check Tire Monitoring System" light came back on. Plugged the box back in (without re-pairing) and took it for another spin. The "Check Tire Monitoring System" light went off in a matter of minutes. This is looking good...- Jolly Roger

You're probably right but it takes someone who knows how to build and then program the circuitry not only to transmit a reoccurring 315MHz signal but to transmit one with the correct data packets as well. $100 bucks hurts, Ill be brewing my own coffee for awhile...- Jolly Roger

Ok, I haven't installed it in its final configuration yet, so until I do the unit will ride on the transmission hump plugged into the usb outlet until I know it works reliably. IT'S HERE! Record fast shipping from Canada! 3D printed box with Exact-o blade trimmed corners and edges. Definitely seems to be of the home-grown/manufactured variety but Im optimistic!
