    Let’s talk transmission temps

    I have the same rig and I have issues with it heating up. The radiator is brand new and once the temps get to 230 for coolant and trans the fans finally kick into high and it all quickly cools down. I will be adding a tru cool 40K but wanted to see pics of how guys put them in.

    No I didn’t get those. I have a low pressure side gauge but not a high pressure one. I also didn’t see anything in the tech 2 regarding the pressures of the AC.

    B0228 Recirculate position feedback circuit open and B0423 Temperature Control 2 Feedback Circuit Open are two codes I got tonight in the HVAC DTC list. All commands are within 3-4 counts of commanded and actual. So I will look these up. Anybody have any thoughts?

    Definitely sweating going on. Like I said it apparently just randomly happens. It has yet to do it to me but has done it multiple times over the past year for my wife. I’ll check the commanded and actual sod everything and see if stuff is close or way off.

    Honestly I looked at so much stuff I’m not sure. I spent a lot of time in the HVAC system and I’m sure I saw them but don’t remember what they read. What should I expect to see for those things? Thanks.

    Yes I can see the temperature of all the inlets and outlets and such. I’ll check the screens for those and see.

    So borrow the Tech 2 from my coworker. There were no DTC’s set for HVAC issues of any kind sooooo I feel like it is probably the Auto climate control unit itself causing the malfunction. I guess time will tell.
