    Ripped the electrical harness under the seat

    I was moving my back and forth and I guess the wires got snagged and ripped. Is this a plug and play part or do I need to splice a new harness? Got an airbag warning on the cluster now but that’s expected.

    Update. Oem clutch is perfect and quiet. No fan noise anymore. Aftermarket sucks.

    Sorry guys it’s a 2004 Tahoe LT It’s Duralast from Autozone. Right after I made this thread I bought the ACDelco one. So I will update this thread in a few days. Thanks

    Thing is loud as hell, engaged at all RPM's during acceleration. Even louder than the old one Should it just loosen up??

    Service Air Bag light on. Harness underneath seat ripped.

    I found this today. I’m sure the harness got caught when I was moving the seat back and forth. The airbag light is now on and this harness is ripped. Is the airbag actually non operational right now? And how can I fix this ?

    Anybody know why? I know for a fact the stakes are engaging both holes in the housing. These are aftermarket but my OEM ones are exactly the same fit.

    Hey I was having similar problems. Mine was dying within hours. I tried to check for parasitic draw and all that. Ended up just buying a new battery with zero issues now.

    Odometer correction?

    Bought a new cluster and it has like 250k on it as well as warnings from the old vehicle. My tahoe is at 146k. Is there any way to change it, a service online or a dealer?f

    I make sure all sights are off every time. It does have a viper alarm, I bought the car about a month ago and it came with it. I have never left my car unlocked overnight either, apartment parking lot. Do you think the alarm is the issue?

    Bought 04 Tahoe. Had different third brake light, removed it, how to go back to factory?

    Picture below This might have been a stupid move on my part but I took off the 3rd brake light which was from an ~05 Escalade. Wrong color, faded, super ugly. This is what is underneath. I doubt somebody drilled into the glass to mount the bezel, so is this entire rear glass from the Escalade...
