I’m having this issue with my 01 Denali currently. It’s the AWD model so there is no switching and I believe my transfer case is going out because my front wheels are gripping the pavement a very slow turning speeds like a parking space or drive way.

Question. So I measured the sway bar with a caliper and put in the new bushings but after a week the driver side has some play in it. Should I try and go down to the next size bushings? I used the moog brand again

That I did not. Which would make sense to why it wore out so fast. I’d be happy with the fact of not greasing it caused the failure and not something else.
Yeah I used a caliper to measure my diameter. I’m able to wiggle the sway bar with my hand back and forth. I can tell that the bushings are no longer tight around the bar.
