I feel like taking to Twitter is also a good idea...there has to be accountability; how you can you continue to produce MY'22 vehicles and even CONSIDER MY'23 vehicles when there are thousands waiting for chips.
No, you have to call them. I did email her after I already had a ER advisor, and the advisor mentioned my email to her, so I know she got it and actually acted on it.
So, while my automated GMC Chat response said:
"Congratulations! Your vehicle has been produced. It is important to know that shipping arrangements will take place next and your selling dealer is the best source for additional detail on that process."
I did the GMC Chat (text) and the person...
If you do the GMC/Chevy automated chat, what does the "message" tell you? Is it updated?
Mine is still at 4300, and Exec Resolution team has said that it is not waiting on a part/chip, only transport. My event code is still 4300.
I emailed my exec person today to see if I can arrange my own transport of my Denali. Sick and tired of hearing that mine isn’t waiting on anything other than the rail.
My executive update today was my vehicle hasn’t moved. This is such crap. There will be ‘23’s on the road before I get my fkn ‘22. Sorry for the incognito curse but I’m so over this crap.
So I found out that they’re one in the same. When you search the order number on mine, it shows 3800 meaning it’s produced. When you search my VIN it shows 4300. the dealership explained it to me and said they’re not conflicting it’s just different systems that provide different numbers. The one...
I don't know how we are literally the last ones to get our vehicles...of the 50 I've tracked, I think there are only like 3-4 of us left here with TPW's one after another/in the same week.
Yeah, we're a day apart for build date.
Do you have your window sticker? If you don't know how to find it, if you have your VIN# just add it to the end of this link with no spaces.

Nope. My Resolutions person told me she was hoping the vehicle got picked up last week to go on the rail, but it didn't. My update day is Friday, unless there's "news" so I won't know anything until then...
Did you already take out your loan?
One conversation I had with my GM Exec Resolutions person was about financing the car BEFORE it ever was delivered. She said she was so relieved I was NOT because dealerships should NOT be doing this (please don't come at me if you're a dealership/salesman...
So when they started this, my reply was "I could see how it may confuse people, but it does not cause me any confusion, I actually find it very helpful. If you could please advise I would greatly appreciate it." Then they give it to me.
I cannot track anything. I used to access the Jack Cooper website where anyone could go in and enter a VIN but that was shut down.
I literally called all of these dealerships today to find out the info.
You’re lucky you are only a few weeks into Midlothian, there are people here waiting...
Oh, is your VIN on my list by chance? Is it GMC or Chevy? And, was yours in Midlothian and then moved over to Arlington, or has it been there the entire time?
